What is included in each package?

I don’t see the type of package I’m looking for, can you still work with me?

YES! We offer custom packages that can include items from other packages. Be sure to book an initial consultation with us here to get more info.

How long does each project take?

During the pre-design phase, we will decide the ideal start date and end date for your project. The actual start date is when the initial contract is signed. The general turnaround time is 2-4 weeks for most projects. For more involved design projects, turnaround time can vary; this will be described in the pre-design phase.

What is the project process?

1) Pre-consult - During the pre-consulting phase - we will start with your free clarity call, where we will discuss your brand, goals, and targeted launch date. You will receive a custom proposal that includes all information pertaining to your project.

2) Let’s Go - Once you accept our proposal and sign your contract, you will pay your deposit of 25% to secure your project and reserve your dates on our calendar to be prepared for your launch date.

3) OnBoarding - You will have received your onboarding packet that describes our procedures and the specifics of your project. The onboarding phase is also a time where you fill out all of the intake forms, such as filling out questionnaires and organizing your content. At this time, your second payment of 40% is due before we get started on the project.

4) Design & Review - Now it’s time to get to work and we begin the design/strategy phase. We will keep you updated about the progress of your project via checkpoints as specified in your onboarding packet. As a note, once each step in the process is approved, changes are not accepted for that step.

5) Offboarding - YOUR PROJECT IS COMPLETE - Your last payment of 35% is due and once payment is completed we will schedule your offboarding call (where we can teach you how to access your final files and transfer over website ownership).

How many revisions am I allowed?

You get 2 free revisions with additional revisions being $50 each. To ensure that each revision is done properly, please remember to always offer clear and concise feedback on what you’d like to see changed.

Do you offer printing services?

YES! During your initial consultation call, please bring up that you’d like printing. This will be an additional cost to your project based on the amount needed as well as when this is needed.

How do I receive my final files?

Once everything is approved and signed off by you (exciting!), you’ll get instructions on how to download all final files during your offboarding call.

How do I get access to my website once it’s done?

You’ll have access to the site the entire time it is being created. Once done, we will transfer ownership to you as well as walk you through the entire thing during your offboarding call.

Do you offer website maintenance services?

YES! Cost is dependent on the amount of maintenance and length of time said maintenance is needed.

Can I make changes to my project once it’s done?

Each project is complete and closed once your offboarding process is over. If you do want to re-open a project/make changes, there is a $50 fee to re-open along with any cost of work that is requested.

What payments are accepted?

We currently accept electronic payments (all major credit cards) and PayPal.
